About the Founder
Bruno de Avila Zampaglione is a technology and AI transformation leader with nearly 20 years of experience turning intelligent automation into measurable business results. As Chief Information Officer at Holmes, an AI-driven business process automation platform serving 600+ enterprise clients, Bruno owns product and technology strategy for a platform that processes approximately 50 million transactions monthly and manages over 600 million stored documents. He conceived and launched Enola, the company’s AI agent, taking it from concept to a core product offering in six months and helping double Annual Recurring Revenue since 2024.
Across his career, Bruno has led 200+ transformation projects and teams of 20+, cutting manual processing time by up to 90% and operational costs by an average of 85% in regulated industries like banking and finance. His core expertise spans AI and GenAI strategy, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), business process automation, AI governance, and cross-functional transformation leadership. He works across Python, FastAPI, Azure AI (Document Intelligence, Computer Vision, Language Services), Docker, and modern cloud platforms.
Before Holmes, Bruno spent nearly 12 years at TCG Process in progressively senior roles, including Business Manager for Banking and Finance, Director of Operations, and Lead Sales Engineer, delivering digital transformation and automation solutions across banking, financial services, and enterprise operations.
